  • HOW IS THIS WAGYU RAISED?

    Our Wagyu is raised on non-GMO feed and free of unnecessary antibiotics. They are raised free-range for 18 months and then spend 360 days being fed a Japanese formulation of white grains to obtain the distinct marbling. This strict diet aims to aid a healthy growth process and optimize marbling in the cattle. This entire process is carefully implemented to protect the integrity of the cattle and ensure a great product.

 

  • HOW ARE THE BURGERS MADE?

    Our Waygu burgers are packed by industry veterans in a USDA inspected and approved facility with high quality cuts of Wagyu beef. These patties are used by chefs at some of the top restaurants in the country. That same standard is now available to you through your purchase.
